Juntos Program Mission: Help students and their families gain knowledge, skills, and resources to ensure high school graduation and broaden post-secondary career and academic opportunities.
Program Objectives:
- Increase family engagement that leads to students’ educational success
- Increase the sense of belonging among students and families in their schools and communities
- Increase student success by improving student attendance and grades, and achieving high school graduation
- Increase the percentage of students attending higher education
The Juntos Executive Assistant serves as the operational backbone for the National Juntos Program. Reporting directly to the National Juntos Director, this role ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day operations across both the National and North Carolina state offices. The Executive Assistant acts as a primary liaison, coordinating administrative workflows, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining rigorous compliance with university policies.

Support the Senior Director with all operational & strategic support for the National Juntos Consortium (NJC) work
- Manage annual NJC webinar calendar
- Manage the Senior Director’s overall NJC Calendar
- Manage communication with NJC members and the national office task list
- Work with the Juntos national office leadership team to address NJC matters
- Provide organization and planning support for all NJC events
- Act as a stakeholder Liaison
- Support the Senior Director with any organizational needs for Juntos NC leadership work
- Coordinate with the Business Officer to ensure accurate reconciliation of purchases and hiring of personnel according to the funding source
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for general programming needs affecting NJC members
- Support with the planning and organizing of Juntos National Office events, including Summer Academy, national trainings/events, and other programming events as needed.
