Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of professional services. This is a remote position, ideal for someone organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating appointments and managing a online business diaries.
  • Communicating with clients and partner organisations in a professional manner.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents.
  • Managing records and files securely in line with data protection guidelines.
  • Providing general administrative support for remote operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative experience (experience in professional services preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online platforms.
  • Efficient in English with strong fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

Desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare, legal, or consultancy administration.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
