Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Task Coordination: Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Time Management: Monitor staff attendance, ensuring they arrive and leave punctually.
- Client Communication: Contact clients to gather their new requirements and effectively relay the information to the relevant staff members.
- Schedule Management: Assist in managing the schedules and appointments of company executives, making necessary arrangements and reminders.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from potential clients, providing them with accurate information and excellent service.
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to client queries and messages on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional online presence.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations and proposals for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Deal Closure: Work towards closing deals by following up with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing necessary information.
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
