Administrative Assistant

Role Description

Coordinate and track deliveries, ensuring efficient communication with riders and resolving any issues that arise. The position primarily involves working with the Odoo system to manage delivery statuses and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. The assistant's main task is to ensure quick responses to riders and delivery-related issues, aiming to meet KPIs and maintain smooth operations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor delivery operations, ensuring timely responses to riders and issues.
  • Track and update delivery status using the Odoo ERP system.
  • Handle rider inquiries to support KPI achievement.
  • Maintain vehicle and delivery data, organize fleet documentation, and assist in report generation.
  • Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth team workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Administrative or ERP-related training is an advantage.
