Job Summary
The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate has excellent attention to detail, can easily manage competing priorities, and is an outstanding communicator. In fulfilling the tasks, you can handle details of confidential information and communicate comfortably and skillfully with management, as well as with colleagues, vendors, and customers. Working in administration, you will be expected to respond quickly and diligently to various requests. The individual will be expected to apply judgment and execute tasks with minimal direction, and will be comfortable working in an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Maintaining communication with customers and vendors
- Data entry in QuickBooks
- Fulfilling mail orders
- Perform general in office duties
- Account Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Filing, scanning
- Assist the management with ongoing projects
- Customer Service
- Assistance with inventory management
Qualifications
Two years of college or a minimum of five years of office administrative experience.
Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
Works well independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Overall proficiency in computer skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Resourceful and extremely organized with high attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and manage time.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
