Administrative Assistant

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a Lady Office Administrator to join our team in MBZ, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all office activities and operations
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Handle documentation and filing (hard and soft copy)
  • Coordinate with clients and assist during client visits
  • Ensure smooth communication within departments and with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
  • Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to MBZ area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
