Administrative Assistant

Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency. This role is critical to ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support to managers, staff, and clients.-Strong written and verbal communication skills


Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.





Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in a related field
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Cairo, Egypt
