Administrative Assistant

Position –Administration Assistant

Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Qualification– Bachelor's Degree

Experience – At least 2+ years of experience in Hr / Admin role in UAE in any reputed Hypermarket / retail company is preferred.

Other pre-requisites – Must be proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), E mails, using HRMS system, candidate with driving licence shall be preferred. Excellent written and communication skill. Pleasant people friendly personality. Must know the use of Job portals. Some knowledge of UAE labour law is preferred.

Role –

- Providing administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Group Human Resources department in HR and Admin related matters.

- Act as a point of contact for HR & Admin related queries from employees.

- Assist in the Recruitment Process. Sourcing, screening cvs and scheduling interviews.

- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.

- Visit the branches as per the requirement. Supervise Labour accommodations and mess facilities.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
