Opportunity Notes

This is a complete work-from-home international work opportunity. You must work from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Holidays are granted based on Canadian scheduled holidays.

Job Description:

You will report to the Director of Operations and will play a crucial role in providing administrative support for general operations and assisting various departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Operations and team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill administrative needs and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Communicate daily with agents and clients to provide assistance, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support operational efficiency through strong coordination and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
  • Experience or knowledge of project management will be considered an asset.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel – intermediate to advanced level), CRM systems, and cloud-based work environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) are an absolute must.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a tactful, professional communication style.

Other Requirements:

· A desktop workstation based on our specifications with 2 hours of battery backup.

· A headset with a microphone.

· Reliable internet with backup power.

· Electricity backup (UPS/Generator/Other).

Salary:

- Final Salary to be determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications

Eastern Standard Time (Toronto time)

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
