- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team

- Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Draft and format letters, memos, and reports

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally

- Assist with quotations, invoices preparation and payment follow-ups

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all documentation

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)

- Ability to multitask and work independently
