Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team within the hospitality industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and providing exceptional support to our management team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks that are crucial for the daily functioning of our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and records.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office management software.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
