� Sales Development Representative (UAE / Saudi Arabia) – Hardware Distribution & B2B Tech Sales Location: Remote (UAE / KSA) | Optional Office in Dubai or Riyadh Company: A fast-growing regional distributor of networking & IT hardware We’re scaling fast across the Gulf — supplying optical transceivers, fiber cables, switches, and data-center hardware to leading telecom, enterprise, and government clients. Now we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our customer base and open doors across the UAE and Saudi markets. � What You’ll Do Generate and qualify B2B leads across system integrators, data centers, and enterprise clients Conduct LinkedIn outreach, calls, and email sequences to book qualified meetings Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and regional events Build strong pipelines and hand off high-quality leads to account executives Track progress and performance using CRM tools (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Zoho) � What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of B2B sales / SDR experience (hardware, IT, or tech industry preferred) Confident communicator with strong English (Arabic = plus) Familiar with networking products (SFPs, switches, fiber cables) Self-starter mindset — motivated to hit KPIs and grow fast in a scaling tech company Based in or familiar with the UAE / Saudi business landscape � Why Join Us Competitive base + uncapped commissions Remote or hybrid setup — work from anywhere in UAE / KSA Hands-on product & market training Fast-track growth in one of the GCC’s most dynamic tech sectors
