Summary:

A motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate seeking an Administrative Assistant role. Skilled in communication, organization, and basic office operations, with the ability to support daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, prepare simple documents, and assist in maintaining smooth office workflow. Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality support in a professional environment.

1. Calendar Management:

Supporting in organizing schedules by arranging basic appointments and meetings, ensuring proper time coordination.

2. Communication:

Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally, and assisting in preparing simple correspondence and messages.

3. Travel Coordination:

Providing support in arranging basic travel bookings and preparing simple travel itineraries when required.

4. Meeting Support:

Assisting in preparing agendas, taking notes during meetings, and helping with follow-up tasks.

5. Document Preparation:

Drafting and formatting basic reports, memos, and documents while ensuring accuracy and clarity.

6. File & Database Management:

Maintaining organized electronic and physical files to ensure easy access to information.

7. Confidentiality:

Managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

8. Office Administration:

Assisting with routine office tasks such as ordering supplies, handling mail, and coordinating basic administrative needs.

9. Stakeholder Coordination:

Supporting communication and coordination with internal teams and external parties when needed.

10. Problem Solving:

Identifying minor issues and supporting the team in finding practical solutions.

11. General Support:

Assisting in simple administrative projects and tasks that contribute to workflow efficiency.

12. Expense Tracking Support:

Helping with basic tracking of administrative expenses and maintaining simple records.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Professional attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize basic tasks.
  • High level of discretion in handling information.
  • Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
  • Internship or up to 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role is an advantage.
