We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and energetic Administrative Assistant at Delawalla Business Services. This role is crucial to our operations, as it involves efficiently handling and maintaining office records, managing various digital files, and reconciling reports. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent analytical abilities to ensure data accuracy and consistency. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, organize office documents, and maintain a structured filing system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. Applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in a specified position.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update soft office files and records in digital formats. Prepare and organize reports and documents.
  • Ensure proper naming conventions, categorization, and indexing of all documents for easy retrieval. Maintain a structured filing system for official documents, agreements, reports, and correspondence.
  • Reconcile various reports and documents to ensure consistency. Verify data across different reports and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Ensure the latest versions of reports and documents are correctly saved and accessible.
  • Complete testing of a website as per the instructions provided to see whether website functionality is upto mark such as website forms are working fine, website layout is fine, all internal and external links are working as they should be etc.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to collect and update data. Provide necessary documents and reports to management and staff as required.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
  • All other administrative tasks assigned by higher management to ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1 year and more of proven experience in a specified position
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and other office software.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Experience in administration, data management, or record-keeping is preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for report reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
