We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Admin Assistant
to support our Legal Division. The role will provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to ensure smooth day-to-day legal operations across multiple business units.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders

Prepare, format, file, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and correspondence (both physical and digital)

Assist with contract tracking, renewal dates, and document control systems

Coordinate signatures, notarization, and legalization of documents as required

Maintain confidentiality of legal and sensitive company information at all times

Support compliance-related filings, licenses, and regulatory documentation

Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) and external parties (law firms, government authorities)

Handle general office administration tasks related to the Legal Department
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

2–4 years of experience in an administrative role (hospitality, corporate, or professional services, legal services preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Professional, discreet, and dependable with a high level of integrity
