Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and attend to customers
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Research, create presentations and help with procurement.
  • Office, factory, and warehouse maintenance, monitoring, and improvement.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Coordinate repairs to office, warehouse, and factory equipment.
  • Any other office administrative work required by the management.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in an Admin Assistant role for 1 year within the same industry.
  • Proficiency in English, strong written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
