Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Remotire is a growing company connecting skilled professionals in Pakistan with international clients. We specialize in delivering remote operational, administrative, and business support services to help global teams work efficiently.

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our UK-based management team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Personal Assistance

  • Manage executives’ calendars, meetings, travel plans, and appointments.
  • Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Oversee executive communications, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Provide personal coordination and scheduling support where needed.

Sales Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Coordinate with the sales team on leads, proposals, and client communications.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and performance dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and technical teams.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Liaise with internal departments to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative or operational projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, executive support, or sales coordination (preferably in an IT or tech-oriented environment).
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or digital tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
