We’re looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our UK-based management team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Personal Assistance
- Manage executives’ calendars, meetings, travel plans, and appointments.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Oversee executive communications, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Provide personal coordination and scheduling support where needed.
Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team on leads, proposals, and client communications.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and performance dashboards.
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and other documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and technical teams.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Liaise with internal departments to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative or operational projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, executive support, or sales coordination (preferably in an IT or tech-oriented environment).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or digital tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
