Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This role involves managing communication, organizing schedules and records, supporting team members, and handling general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
  • Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
  • Support preparation of regular reports, presentations, and office documentation
  • Perform general data entry and other duties as assigned to support daily operations
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Arabic and English
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries courteously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Omani nationality only
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO325.000 per month
