Administrative Assistant

Interested in being in the legal field? Fluent in Creole? We are seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant that speaks Creole fluently and has excellent client service, time-management, and organizational skills to join our firm’s Boca Raton or Coral Springs office. The successful candidate will be a confident and professional self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines. This position also involves daily interaction with clients, doctors’ offices, and insurance companies. The ability to communicate information clearly and kindly in Creole is a must. Prior law firm experience is a plus.

Qualifications

· Exceptional telephone skills are a must, including the ability to communicate information clearly and kindly.

· Proficiency and comfort scanning, e-mailing, and utilizing Office 365 suite products including Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and other case management programs.

· Personal Injury/prior law firm experience is a plus.

This is a hybrid in-person and remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
