Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
- Provide clerical support to the team by organizing and maintaining files and records
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
-Assist with Mediation Intakes for legal department
- Assist with Attorney/ client scheduling for appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience or in a similar administrative role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Front desk or customer service experience is preferred
