We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
  • Maintain office records, databases, and employee files
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Assist with HR-related admin tasks such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation
  • Support finance/admin work including invoice follow-ups, petty cash, and expense records
  • Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, and manage schedules
  • Ensure office supplies are available and maintain inventory
  • Assist management with reports, presentations, and ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD250.000 per month
