We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is locally available with strong administrative skills and excellent knowledge of office procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations and general administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation accurately
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Support HR with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and vendor follow‑up
  • Provide assistance to team members as required

Candidate Requirements

Immediately available and ready to join
Currently residing in Bahrain (locally available)
✔ Previous experience in an administrative role
✔ Good understanding of office management systems and procedures
✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
