PREFFERED - LADY EXPERIENCED IN REAL ESTATE / BUSINESS CENTER EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Front Desk cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and responsible for managing the front desk as well as providing over all administrative & operational support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate office maintenance tasks.
Manage filing, employee, client records, and other clerical duties.
Ensure the front desk/ reception and whole office areas are tidy and presentable.
Invoicing and payment collection . Any other job role as and when assigned. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a sales, business center and administrative role is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Accounting knowledge, invoicing , payments collection will be preference.. Ability to work independently and under supervision. CRM Software knowledge. Small Event Organization skill is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Real estate, business center dealings preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: BD250.000 - BD400.000 per month
