We are looking for a motivated Bahraini national to join our team in a finance and administrative support role for a Bahrain-based project, working closely with our head office. This role combines accounting, administrative support, and operational coordination, including banking, travel, and meeting arrangements. Flexible working arrangements are offered, with the expectation of availability during working hours and participation in meetings and on-site activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Maintain accurate records of all company expenses and project-related transactions
  • Organize, track, and reconcile invoices, receipts, and financial documents
  • Assist in bank transfers and payments, ensuring approvals and proper documentation
  • Liaise with banks and support banking-related activities as required
  • Support basic accounting tasks and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting
  • Coordinate with the head office finance team on Bahrain-related financial matters
  • Assist with financial coordination for projects outside Bahrain when needed

Administrative & Project Support

  • Assist with Bahrain-related administrative procedures, filings, and documentation
  • Liaise with local authorities, service providers, and partners
  • Support general office administration for the project

Travel & Meetings Coordination

  • Assist with travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, logistics)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare meeting materials and follow-ups as required

Requirements

  • Bahraini national (mandatory)
  • Background or experience in accounting
  • Familiarity with bank transfers and payment processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Willing and able to attend meetings in person and move around as required

Working Arrangement

  • Flexible work setup (remote work possible)
  • Must be available during standard working hours and responsive throughout the day
  • Expected to attend in-person meetings and support on-ground activities when needed
