RECEPTIONIST

Company Overview

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate is locally available, has good knowledge of front-desk operations, and is ready to start immediately. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for visitors and supporting our office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails
  • Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry
  • Provide information and support to staff, clients, and vendors
  • Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access at the front desk

Candidate Requirements

Immediate joiner and currently residing in Bahrain
✔ Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
✔ Good knowledge of office procedures and front-desk operations
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
✔ Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
