Admin cum Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for our well-established building materials transport company in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations and attend incoming calls
  • Welcome clients, drivers, and visitors professionally
  • Prepare and issue quotations
  • Prepare and process LPO (Local Purchase Orders)
  • Manage and maintain petty cash records
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery notes, and transport documents
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in admin/reception role (2/3 Years transport/logistics experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of quotation preparation and LPO documentation
  • Experience handling petty cash and maintaining expense records
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well organized, trustworthy, and able to multitask
  • Professional attitude and presentable personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

  • Candidates currently in UAE
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Admin cum Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
