Office Administrator

We are Hiring a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations. This role reports to the MD.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of 4 employees and overseeing the front desk and call centre operations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails as required
  • Meet with vendors and partners, Schedule meetings and maintain organized calendars for staff and management.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
