Admin Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a smooth office environment and handle various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain general office environment and ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

- Manage filing systems, records, and documentation.

- Coordinate office supplies and inventory.

- Support HR and accounts with basic admin tasks.

- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

- Perform other admin-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
