Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 -2 years prior experience in educational administration preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handle requests and queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Develop and maintain an organized office filing system.
- Communicate effectively with students, universities, and other stakeholders via multiple channels of communication.
- Coordinate with the HR and ERP departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the Head of Department and Faculty with administrative tasks.
- Manage attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Prepare and produce detailed reports and professional presentations.
- Facilitate student course enrolment and assisting with any enrolment issues.
- Assist students throughout the application process, including completing applications, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring timely submission.
- Ensure all applications are thoroughly reviewed for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain and manage student records, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
