Admin cum ReceptionistLocation: UAE Industry: Building Materials Transport CompanyJob SummaryWe are seeking a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for our well-established building materials transport company in the UAE.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle front desk operations and attend incoming calls</li><li>Welcome clients, drivers, and visitors professionally</li><li>Prepare and issue quotations</li><li>Prepare and process LPO (Local Purchase Orders)</li><li>Manage and maintain petty cash records</li><li>Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery notes, and transport documents</li><li>Assist management with daily administrative tasks</li><li>Coordinate with operations and accounts department</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in admin/reception role (2/3 Years transport/logistics experience preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of quotation preparation and LPO documentation</li><li>Experience handling petty cash and maintaining expense records</li><li>Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Well organized, trustworthy, and able to multitask</li><li>Professional attitude and presentable personality</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Candidate:<ul><li>Candidates currently in UAE</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Admin cum Receptionist: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
