Job Description: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage our daily operations and provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will be the "backbone" of the office, ensuring a professional environment and seamless administrative workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management: Greet guests, manage incoming calls, and maintain a pristine reception area.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain digital and physical filing systems; handle sensitive documents with high confidentiality.
- UAE Government Liaison: Coordinate basic PRO-related tasks, including trade license renewals, visa processing support, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Travel & Logistics: Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa arrangements for management and staff.
- Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance, manage relationships with vendors (DEWA, Etisalat/Du, cleaning services), and monitor pantry/stationery supplies.
- Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping, Petty Cash management, and processing invoices or expense reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of administrative experience (Direct UAE experience is highly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong multitasking abilities and "thick skin" for high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE Labor Law and the various Free Zone or Mainland portal systems.

- Availability: Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a transferable visa are preferred.
