Administrative Assistant

Hosuk Travels is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Riyadh office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative coordination and efficient support across departments within the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and official documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
  • Assist HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and information
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and professional work approach
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
