Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and partners, while also supporting the behind-the-scenes administrative work that helps our office run smoothly.

This is an onsite position in Sinking Spring, PA, ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working in a supportive family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; take clear, accurate messages
  • Assist customers with general inquiries about scheduling, services, or company information
  • Support communication between technicians, customers, and office staff

Administrative Support

  • Populate and maintain our organized digital filing systems and company records
  • Assist with preparing documents, forms, reports, and customer files
  • Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and daily workflow
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies
  • Perform general office tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers, digital filing, and basic Google and Microsoft office software
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per year
