Administrative Assistant

About The Company

Our client is a real estate investment, development, construction, and asset management firm operating on a national scale.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls including tenant requests and tenant issues
  • Provide operational support to all office employees
  • Serve as a gatekeeper to ensure timely and appropriate management of all inquiries
  • Manage/sort all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Order office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office
  • Maintain and update various databases
  • Monitor the technology inventory and manage repairs with external IT vendor
  • Help organize and manage company events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of office management/admin experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with property management systems

Salary Range

$70,000-$90,000
