 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing calendar and scheduling/rescheduling appointments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, team scheduling and expense reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage correspondence and emails acting as the main point of contact
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain e-filing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and prepare for meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coverage for other EA&rsquo;s when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of related EA experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience scheduling meetings across different time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience booking travel arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in real estate a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
 
 
 </li>

 Responsibilities

 Create and maintain operational workflows and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Help operationalize technical functionality including token trade operations and reconciliation
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with operational functions for various investment products
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with service providers that support the firm&rsquo;s ETP, private placement, and active strategy products
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the implementation, performance, and documentation of internal controls
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements

 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo; degree required
 </li>
 <li>
 3-6 years of trade operations experience within financial services
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience within cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
 </li>

 Experience with OEMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Python
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Sigma
 
 
 </li>

 Serve as a gatekeeper to ensure timely and appropriate management of all inquiries

 Manage/sort all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
