Responsibilities

Managing calendar and scheduling/rescheduling appointments

Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, team scheduling and expense reports
-
Manage correspondence and emails acting as the main point of contact

Maintain e-filing systems
-
Organize and prepare for meetings
-
Provide coverage for other EA’s when needed

Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
3-5 years of related EA experience
-
Experience scheduling meetings across different time zones
-
Experience booking travel arrangements
-
Prior experience in real estate a plus
-
Must be able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Salary Range
$100,000-130,000
