Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
  • Contact clients and providers to confirm appointments, relay information, and follow up on service coordination
  • Communicate with community partners to facilitate referrals and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Maintain organized records of communications, referrals, and client interactions
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for staff and program activities
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or non profit settings strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
