Administrative Assistant

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficiency of daily workflows. This includes managing customer files, activating services, coordinating between clients and service providers, and supporting relevant teams while strictly adhering to the company’s approved policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Open new customer files, complete their data in the approved systems, and activate services and agreements according to established procedures.
  • Verify the validity and completeness of customer documents and ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with customers as needed to follow up on cases, resolve issues, and close complaints in coordination with service providers.
  • Utilize company tools and systems to manage customer data, track requests, respond to inquiries, and generate operational reports for management.


Qualifications: 

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in BA, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Skills:
  1.  Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications; ability to generate and analyze operational reports.
  2. Ability to extract and prepare accurate operational reports.
  3. High precision in reviewing documents and data entry.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; problem-solving ; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
