Sales Coordinator

Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Process sales orders and track order fulfillment
  • Handle sales documentation and contracts

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between sales team, customers, and other departments
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams

Sales Operations

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain
  • Assist in preparing quotes and pricing information
  • Follow up on leads and customer requests

Customer Support

  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues
  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Process returns, refunds, and complaints
  • Ensure timely delivery of products/services

Event & Campaign Support

  • Help organize trade shows, conferences, and sales events
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with the sales team
  • Prepare promotional materials and sales collateral

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate sales performance reports
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Maintain sales forecasts and pipeline data

Customer sampling

· Co-ordination with team for sample/ material dispatch to ensure delivery to clients on time

· Arrange booking and tracking of the samples

Authorization

• Order Processing Authority, SAP Data Entry, Invoice Handling, Client Communication Support, Documentation Preparation, Interdepartmental Coordination, Sample Dispatch Follow-up, and Customer Feedback Handling.

EDUCATION التعليم

- Graduation in any discipline, preferably Sales Domain, Diploma in customer relationship

Experiences

- 2 – 5 years of experience working with customers relationship (Experience in international business environment is preferred)

TECHNICAL SKILLS المهارات الفنية

- strong organizational skills (written and verbal)., attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
