Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at Dingli KSA, you will support the sales team in daily operations and customer relationship management, with a strong emphasis on import customs clearance, logistics coordination, and order follow-up. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining sales records, with special attention to import-related documentation and customs procedures.

Prepare accurate quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status, including import shipments and logistics updates.

Coordinate import customs clearance and logistics with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) and external agents to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management.
