Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Recruiting Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to support daily office operations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff
- Answer phones, emails, and route inquiries professionally
- Maintain files
- Prepare report and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Recruiting Duties
- Conduct reference checks and background screening coordination
- Assist with job offers and onboarding processes
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of administrative or recruiting experience preferred
- Experience in customer service, HR, or office support a plus

- Ability to learn new systems quickly
Work Environment
- Office-based
- May require sitting for extended periods
- Occasional evening or weekend work
- On-call rotation
