Reports To: Recruiting Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to support daily office operations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff
  • Answer phones, emails, and route inquiries professionally
  • Maintain files
  • Prepare report and correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee records
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Recruiting Duties
  • Conduct reference checks and background screening coordination
  • Assist with job offers and onboarding processes
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of administrative or recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service, HR, or office support a plus
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
Work Environment
  • Office-based
  • May require sitting for extended periods
  • Occasional evening or weekend work
  • On-call rotation
