Job Title: Admin Assistant (With Driving License) – Rent A Car

Location: Sanaiya, Al Ain

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant with a valid UAE driving license to join our Rent A Car office in Sanaiya, Al Ain. The candidate will handle administrative duties while also assisting in basic vehicle-related tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp inquiries)
  • Prepare rental agreements and documentation
  • Maintain records of bookings, vehicles, and payments
  • Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling
  • Deliver or pick up vehicles when required
  • Handle office admin tasks (emails, filing, data entry)
  • Support basic accounting (invoices, receipts)

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driving license (required)
  • Previous admin or customer service experience (rent a car experience is an advantage)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask

Salary: To be discussed (depending on experience)
