Job Description:

This role supports internal teams and retail customers through administrative tasks, data entry, and client communications. The position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow within a collaborative team setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to support daily operations
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence with strong attention to detail
  • Serve as the first point of contact by handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy access to records
  • Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support team projects and office operations by coordinating logistics, supplies, and deadlines


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience in a professional setting OR recent college grad with relevant internship experience
  • High School diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • CRM experience preferred
