Midtown Manhattan-based Real Estate firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience. Real Estate industry experience is a must.
Onsite Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: 70k - 80k base
Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare priority lists.

Organize meeting materials, post-meeting notes, and track follow-ups and deadlines.

Maintain tracking spreadsheets for active construction and capital projects.

Support board follow-up notes, tracking, and communication with managers for reports.

Handle phone calls, redirect inquiries, and assist in building team meeting agendas.

Provide administrative support for leasing inventory and project approvals.

Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and organizational goals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles.

Experience in property management or real estate is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams essential.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills required.
