Administrative Assistant

JustinBradley’s client facilitates collaboration between the government and key stakeholders in the US banking sector to analyze, monitor and develop strategies to make critical systems more resilient.


Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join this high-performing, highly dynamic team. The Administrative Assistant will support several Executives with scheduling and meeting logistics, serving as a point of contact for internal and external interactions. As part of a small office where 'all hands are on deck', the Administrative Assistant will enjoy being a team player and taking on general office related responsibilities as needed.


Highlighted Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling and calendars of several Executive team members
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and event planning including booking space, preparing agendas and materials, invitation/visitor management, etc.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Help maintain office systems, files and records
  • Provide administrative support for other team members


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Prior experience providing administrative support to C-suite executives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to qualify for secret level clearance
  • Background Check is required


Compensation range: $60,000/year -$75,000/year
