o 2 years’ experience in administrative role
o Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
o High school diploma or equivalent
o No professional certifications required
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Customer service orientation
o Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
o Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
o Personal adaptability
o Performs customer service functions; greets and directs visitors, answers and directs calls, provides information/assistance regarding department/division services, activities, distributes forms/documentation as requested; responds to routine questions or complaints and relays messages; research problems/complaints and initiates problem resolution.
o Performs general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, receptionist, data entry, mail distribution, and filing.
o Types, prepares, or completes various forms, reports, correspondence, lists, or other documents within designated timeframes and per established procedures.
o Coordinates meetings, classes, and other events as required, including identifying needed resources and arranging for required support.
o Copies and distributes forms, reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
o Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
o Maintains accurate and timely documentation within applicable logs, forms, records, etc.
o Collects records and tracks data on daily and weekly reports.
o Maintains continuous professionalism when engaging with employees, visitors, vendors, or others as needed to coordinate work activities, exchange information, or resolve problems.
o Performs other department-specific duties and other assignments as appropriate.
