The Comcast Metro Ethernet (MetroE) Project Manager is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of Metro Ethernet construction and service delivery projects. This position oversees planning, engineering coordination, permitting, construction, fiber placement, splicing, testing, customer turn-up, documentation, billing, and project closeout. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between Comcast, customers, engineering, construction crews, subcontractors, and internal departments while ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with Comcast quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
