Administrative Assistant – Month-to-Month Contract
Location: Chatsworth, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25–$26 per hour
Position Overview
LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's daily workflow, reporting, and data management. This role requires strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
• Perform data entry, reporting, and document management with accuracy
• Build and maintain spreadsheets using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel functions
• Prepare, update, and track operational reports
• Assist with compiling and analyzing data to support business decision-making
• Organize notes, procedures, and documentation within Microsoft OneNote
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and preparation of materials
• Maintain data integrity across systems and spreadsheets
• Support ad hoc projects, reporting requests, and operational initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation)
• Experience using Microsoft OneNote
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
