Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Richmond, VA. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare routine correspondence

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail

· Answer incoming phone calls and transfer when necessary

· Provide general administrative support to the office and assist team members when needed

· Assist billing and payment inquiries

· Update and maintain records and files



Skills:

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to pick up on new technology quickly

· Ability to multitask

· Must possess wonderful organizational skills



Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of administrative experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite



Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
