Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal coordination and efficient daily operations. This person will provide administrative support across different functions, helping manage schedules, documentation, communication, and general office requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and senior stakeholders
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and internal coordination
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping in an organized manner
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed
  • Support with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and event logistics
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
  • Track office supplies and support general office administration
  • Assist with invoices, purchase requests, and other basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and internal records
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude


Preferred Profile

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership team members
  • Experience working in a startup, government, or fast-paced corporate environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Arabic is a plus
